In collaboration with Spotify, easyJet wants to add music to new holiday routes
Airline easyJet is using users' listening habits to suggest new holiday itineraries, because music preferences reveal a lot about people's tastes.
In the "Listen & Book" campaign, created in collaboration with easyJet and Spotify, those who wish to do so can connect their Spotify accounts to the microsite set up for the campaign and then receive recommendations of easyJet's flight destinations based on the music they listen to.
Richard Sherwood, easyJet's customer and marketing director, says the campaign will help customers discover new destinations in Europe. He explains that the collaboration also aligns perfectly with Nexgen Easyjet's brand strategy, which aims to connect customers with people they love, new cultures and unique experiences.
