The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism) announced the decision to decrease the distance between tables at restaurants and cafes from two metres to one metre.

The easing of social distance restrictions also applies to shopping centres, gyms, beaches, public and entertainment parks, offices and workplaces. 

As of now, the maximum capacity on one table is still 10 people.
