In a blog post, they announced that a new feature will delight content producers on TikTok. This feature, called Tiktok Pulse, will allow content producers to earn additional revenue.


The goal of TikTok Pulse is to attract more advertisers. This allows brands to keep their finger on the pulse of entertainment and culture on this platform. In this way, they can reach their target audience by placing their ads in the videos of the relevant content producers.

Content creators can already monetize their popular content. TikTok, thanks to this feature, will also share its advertising revenue with content producers.

Advertisers on the platform can use TikTok Pulse to place their ads alongside top content on the “TikTok’s For You” tab. Ads can only be served to content that is in the top 4% of content.

If a creator's video is one of the top videos, a portion of the ad revenue goes to the creator. Only accounts with 100,000 thousand followers will be able to benefit from this feature. The feature will offer 12 different categories, including beauty, cooking, fashion and games so brands can reach the right audience.

Tiktok Pulse will be available for all users first in America and then all over the world.
