Twitter Starts Paying Content Creators

Twitter has finally implemented Elon Musk's decision to share ad revenues with content creators.

Elon Musk stated that a total of $5 million will be paid to content creators in the first round, and these payments will continue cumulatively starting in February. It has been reported that the payments are being processed via Stripe.

Particularly, some influencers have revealed receiving substantial payments for their posts on Twitter. For instance, author Brian Krassenstein, with approximately 750,000 followers, disclosed that Twitter paid him $24,305. Similarly, SK, with around 230,000 followers, received $2,236 while political commentator Benny Johnson, with 1.7 million followers, stated earning $9,546 from Twitter. These developments have sparked excitement among content creators, and with the expansion of the program, more content creators are expected to generate income.
