Instagram, Facebook, and Messenger: Application updates under the Meta umbrella!

BeReal test on Messenger!

The BeReal app varies from Instagram and other content platforms in that it does not impose a set beauty standard on its users. BeReal, unlike Instagram and other sites, does not use filters.

Meta, which contains Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook, has begun to merge the BeReal feature with the Roll Call system into the Messenger app.

When one of the people taking part in the application, which is currently in the testing phase, wonders what other users in the group are doing, a roll call is called, and other users in the group respond instantly with photos or videos.

Age verification feature on Instagram!

Instagram, a Meta brand, has launched an age verification system that will be valid in many countries to guarantee that users enjoy an age-appropriate experience.

Before now, Instagram required users to produce an authentic ID if they wanted to modify their age from under 18 to above 18. With this new capability, age may be determined with only a selfie video and no formal ID.

Instagram collaborates with Yoti on this feature, and Yoti's technology provides an age estimate with Instagram based on the user's facial features.

Reels are now longer!

Meta has changed the popular Reels feature so that videos now last 90 seconds instead of 60. Reels has received several additional features in addition to the extension. With these updates, users who wish to make Reels may now use trend themes similar to those found on Instagram. Another new tool, Grooves, allows users to automatically match movements in their videos to the rhythm of their favorite music.
