New Features on Instagram
Instagram comes up with new features and improvements almost every day. This time they launched two different tools which is focusing on “live producer tool” and “creator marketplace”
Creator Marketplace will enable advertisers to search for potential creators to partner with on campaigns. And the Live Producer tool will enable in-app broadcasters to stream from a desktop PC and via various third-party streaming platforms.
As explained by Instagram for marketplace; “Instagram’s creator marketplace is a new destination that allows brands to find creators they may want to connect with. They can use the desktop experience within Meta Business Suite to filter creators by gender, age, number of followers and interests. They’ll also be able to filter for creators based on the demographics of their engaged audience, using filters including gender, age, interests, country and city; see creators who have expressed interest in working with them, have tagged them or follow them; see similar creators to those they’ve already found through the filters; and add creators to saved lists.”
So, with Creator Marketplace companies will be able to see and manage the full campaign process and partnership with creators including payment, statistics and all others. But it’s not available yet. Instagram says that the Creator Marketplace platform is currently being tested in the US.
About the Live Producer tool, Instagram’s looking to help live-stream creators maximize their opportunities. This tool will enable streaming from a desktop PC, and via various third-party streaming platforms like OBS, Streamyard and Streamlabs and after the tool creators can customize their IG Live streams, with support for multiple cameras, external microphones, graphic overlays, and more.
