According to the information learned, Meta is preparing to bring a feature called "Peek" to the Instagram application, similar to BeReal and Snapchat. This feature allows users to share unique photos that can only be viewed once.

The feature, shared for the first time by Alessandro Paluzzi, known for revealing hidden features in applications, was confirmed by Meta. The company stated that the feature was a prototype and was tested in-house.

As you may remember, Instagram introduced the Instagram Stories feature by copying Snapchat, which introduced the temporary content format into our lives in recent years. BeReal, on the other hand, has recently managed to stand out among social networks with its original, unedited content format. Apparently, after Snapchat, it is now BeReal's turn to be copied.
