LinkedIn is developing a new AI-powered tool to make the job search process more efficient. This tool aims to help users uncover job opportunities that may be overlooked by conducting more in-depth analysis, not just limited to keywords.

“It is not enough to just look at keywords to find your dream job,” says LinkedIn CEO Ryan Roslansky. The new AI tool will recommend job postings based on job descriptions, company information, and even other content on the site, not just job titles.
