New Emoji Reactions Coming to Youtube's Live Streams
YouTube has begun testing a new feature it discovered in order to respond differently to what happens during live broadcasts. This feature will display five emoji reaction options in the live stream. Other users in the conversation will not be able to see who gave the reaction if the reactions are anonymous. This feature, which will be available soon, will allow viewers to submit merely a simple indicator of interest without the requirement for comments, assisting Youtube in increasing interaction in streams.
Users who can offer their support in YouTube live broadcasts, including stickers and Super Chat donations, can only be used in other applications' live broadcast streams; it will be able to answer with additional reactions, such as an emoji, a heart, or a smiley till you cry.
The upcoming new feature is similar to the reaction set, which is similar to Youtube's "timed reactions" feature. "Timed reactions" enable other viewers to watch a user's reaction to a certain scene in a video that is being played. Furthermore, YouTube just activated the "emoticons" feature, which may be seen in the chat stream.
