Samsung Transformed the Iconic Old Street into Fold Street!

Samsung has transformed the streets of London. In partnership with Transport for London (TfL), the tech giant has transformed London's iconic Old Street into Fold Street to celebrate its newly released Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 phones.

Among the installations in Bishops Square (now Fold Square) is the iconic red London bus, bent 90 degrees. Created by artist Caspar Philips, the bus incorporates recycled materials from London buses and is built to the exact scale of a single-decker bus. The design and construction of the folded bus took two months in total.

For the campaign, selected signage across the tube station, areas around benches, and signage at station entrances were temporarily changed to Fold Street. Telephone booths, benches, and street lamps were also placed in a similar perspective, inviting passers-by to take a quick photo.
