The most basic feature of Whee seems to be that it allows people to share photos with their close friends. According to the information provided, Whee, available in more than ten countries, is unavailable in the US market for now. Similarly, the iOS version of the application has not yet been launched. The Android version has received more than ten thousand downloads so far. The app is expected to expand rapidly in the coming days.
